EASA approved online Seminar for TRI/SFI for the purpose of Revalidation or Renewal.

The seminar is a 1-day course consisting of 6 hours online or classroom tuition with an EASA approved instructor designed at refreshing and further developing knowledge and to assist in staying qualified as an SFI or TRI.
The course covers:
- Review of the latest changes to EU regulations
- Refresh the principles of creating lessons, lesson planning and considering the needs and abilities of students
- Cover the latest assessment and behavioural markers including Competency-Based Training and Assessment according to ICAO Doc 9995
- Integration of TEM & CRM technical training and assessment
- Discuss and review report writing and escalation
- Review of the psychology of Teaching and Learning
- Review of facilitation techniques for briefings and debriefings.
